With his broad specialists knowledge and through his long-term teaching activity as lecturer and expert juror Christophe Marchand shows a high devotion in different fields of design communication and education. Most important fields of action and functions are:
- Lecturer for industrial design at the ECAL (Ecole cantonale d’art de Lausanne), one of the leading design schools in Europe.
- Complete leading, organisation and establishment of the teaching framework for groups from 12 to 30 students.
- (Junior) Promotion in the context of the IKEA-Foundation (foundation council member) or in independent projects.
- Collaboration with media professionals in interviews on product news or as expert on professional issues
- Expert at the judging procedure of national and international competitions as well as academic and commercial awards.
